We treat trauma through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Trauma-Informed Therapy (CBT and DBT). Book your intake appointment and get to know your new therapist. Sessions generally run once per week, but can be more or less frequent, depending on needs. You will outline your counseling goals and make a plan for how to accomplish those goals, together.
