  • I work with teens, families, and adults who primarily are dealing with mood disorders or PTSD/CPTSD.

  • I have specialized trainings in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I have lived experience as a BIPOC woman, which informs my care of this community.

    I am trained in using strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems.

  • I graduated from William and Mary with my Masters degree in Counseling. I have over 20 years of experience working as a school counselor in the public school system, which informs my work with youth and their families. I have been working in outpatient mental health for over a year now and am about halfway through my residency toward my license.
