Lexi Gambrell

I work with the LGBTQIA+ community, couples and families, and the military population.

I have experience working with open relationships and consensual non-monogamy. I am sex-positive and kink-allied in my work as well. I have worked with both individuals and couples/families.

I also specialize in anxiety, divorce, blended families, unique family dynamics, the military population, and hospital work.

I used a solution-based focus in my approach to counseling. I am person-centered and trauma-informed as well.

I graduated from Capella University in 2025 with my degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. I worked in a hospital setting for over 10 years before deciding to move into outpatient counseling.
