I most enjoy working with adults (18+) who are suffering from trauma and/or PTSD, managing personality disorder symptoms, or struggling with anxiety and depression. I also am capable of treating clients with religious trauma, from marginalized communities, and chronically ill individuals. I have recently completed my EMDR training and am integrating this with all of my clients.
I specialize in substance use disorders, PTSD, (especially religious trauma), complex trauma, and personality disorders. I am now trained in EMDR and somatic therapy, and am using these modalities to treat my clients.
I have a background in community mental health, justice involved communities, and substance use disorder treatment. I also have therapeutic experience handling issues related to being in marginalized communities and issues related to chronic/terminal illness.
