LICENSED Resident in counseling

Supervisor: Carter Summerville 0701010137

I believe warm support is key to long-lasting change.

  • I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with stress, emotional struggles, or difficult life experiences. I help those who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and challenges managing their emotions. I proudly support LGBTQIA+ individuals and neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum. I also work with families who want help improving communication and managing behavioral concerns.

  • I specialize in helping with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and autism-related needs. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate identity, life changes, and self-acceptance using practical, evidence-based tools.

My counseling takes a warm, support, and person-centered approach, tailoring each unique counseling session to the unique client I am working with. I am hoping to complete EMDR training in the coming months to expand my knowledge of trauma processing and support clients through the most difficult of times.

  • I bring a warm, supportive approach based on my experience working in community and residential settings. I have done in-home work as well as in-school work, which has broadened my understanding of how different challenges can affect various environments. I have helped clients through crisis situations, daily stressors, and long-term emotional challenges. I focus on building trusting relationships where everyone can feel safe, respected, and understood.
